02What to include in your message

• The app name and the version number (Settings → About inside the app).
• Your device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.4).
• What you expected vs. what happened — screenshots are welcome.
• For billing questions, the order ID or receipt from the App Store / Google Play.

03Common questions

I lost my progress. Most of our apps cross‑save through iCloud or Google. Sign in with the same account on the new device, then open the app once and wait a few seconds.

Refunds. Apple and Google handle refunds for in‑app purchases and subscriptions directly. We can't issue refunds on their behalf, but we'll happily vouch for valid cases — forward us your request.

Cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your store account: iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by PEKA Studio, available on the App Store and Google Play.

We take your privacy seriously. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

01Information we collect

When you use our apps, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

• The type of mobile device you use.
• Your mobile device's unique device ID.
• The IP address of your mobile device.
• Your mobile operating system.
• The type of mobile internet browsers you use.
• App usage information.
• Advertising ID (for ad attribution and analytics).
• Crash logs and diagnostics.

Some of our apps may request access to storage only when necessary to download or save content. We do not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or contacts unless you choose to contact us directly.

AI‑powered apps

For apps that include AI features, we may additionally process photos or media you choose to edit, support messages you send us, and usage data (features used, session duration, crashes).

Your data is processed locally on your device whenever possible. Any data sent to our servers is encrypted in transit and not stored longer than necessary to provide the service. We do not collect facial data for identification or biometric purposes, and we do not sell your personal data.

04Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided personal information, they should contact us, and we will delete it immediately.

We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for internal analysis purposes.

Welcome to PEKA Studio. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and related services developed and published by PEKA Studio (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

01Who we are

PEKA Studio is an independent mobile development and publishing company that creates and publishes its own apps and games — including productivity tools, AI‑assisted utilities, media players, and game‑related content.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

03License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Apps; reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the Apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Apps.

04User content

Some of our Apps allow you to upload, modify, or generate content (e.g. photos, prompts, notes, filters, effects). You retain ownership of your content. By using the Apps you grant PEKA Studio a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely for delivering the services.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our services and technologies. For game‑related apps, you are solely responsible for complying with the relevant game's terms and conditions. PEKA Studio is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Roblox Corporation.

05Subscriptions & payments

Some Apps may offer premium features via paid subscriptions or in‑app purchases. Terms and pricing are clearly disclosed in the App. Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your platform's account settings.

06Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within our Apps are the property of PEKA Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PEKA Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

09Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Apps at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you will automatically terminate.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice via the Apps or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Apps after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
